These terms govern your use of the K R Exports website and the trade accounts opened through it.
Trade Accounts
This is a B2B / trade-only platform. By registering, you confirm that you are enquiring on behalf of a business or as a trade buyer. We reserve the right to approve or decline any account at our discretion, and to suspend access if an account is misused.
Pricing & Inquiries
Listed prices are indicative and may vary based on dimensions, finishes, order volume, packaging, and shipping terms. Final pricing is confirmed by our export desk in response to your inquiry. Prices are quoted in the currency selected in your account profile.
Custom & Bespoke Work
Custom commissions require a written confirmation and, in most cases, an advance deposit. Lead times vary; we will communicate expected ship dates before production begins.
Shipping
Orders can be shipped FOB from our warehouse or door-to-door via our forwarder. Shipping costs are quoted separately and are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.
Liability
Handcrafted items have natural variations in grain, finish and dimension. These variations are part of the character of handmade work and are not considered defects. We stand behind our craftsmanship — please report any shipping damage within 72 hours of receipt.
